Registrations will be processed upon completion of the online form. Payment is accepted via credit card only, and cheques are not accepted.

Registering Another Member or Non-Member:

Companion Daytime Meals $230 + HST Includes Monday/Tuesday – Breakfast & Lunch, Wednesday Breakfast – No substitutions. Please note companions must wear name tag lanyard during the conference in order to attend meals.	$230.00

Registration Fee Refunds: *

I understand and accept that registration fee refunds requested on or before April 25, 2025 will be processed subject to an administrative fee of $30.00 and that refunds will be not be available after April 25, 2025.

Hotel Cancellation Policy: *

I understand and accept the hotel cancellation policy that any cancellations or changes must be made by 6:00 pm, 7 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival otherwise the individual booking the room will be responsible to assume charges and applicable taxes for one night’s stay including tax and village amenity fee.
