Trista Di Lullo is a Council and Committee Coordinator and Secretary-Treasurer to the Committee of Adjustment for the City of Guelph. Prior to working for the City of Guelph, Trista held administrative and planning focused positions at the Municipality of South Huron. She has a Diploma in Public Administration from Western University’s Local Government Program and has also completed OACA’s Primer on Planning and obtained her ACST designation. She has been an active member of OACA since 2014 and has enjoyed attending and catching up with colleagues at the annual conference and seminars.

Sean Kenney is a Manager of Site Planning with the City of Hamilton. Prior to working for the City of Hamilton, Sean worked as a Senior Planner with the Town of Caledon, and previously worked as the Manager of Vital Statistics and Committee of Adjustment and was the Secretary-Treasurer for the City of Mississauga. Sean also worked at the City of Burlington for over 20 years holding various positions in their Planning Department including Development Planner and Secretary- Treasurer. He has a Geography Degree from the University of Western Ontario and is a Registered Professional Planner. He has been a member of OACA since 2013 and has attended a number of conferences and seminars.
Tonia Bennett is the Manager of Legislative Services/Clerk for Northumberland County. Tonia holds a Diploma in Municipal Administration and holds the Certified Municipal Officer and Accredited Ontario Municipal Clerk designations. Through her municipal experience and also on the AMCTO and OACA Boards she has gained a large understanding of various legislation including the Planning Act, Municipal Act, Conservation Authorities Act and many others. Tonia has been an active OACA Member since 2018 and has also completed the Primer on Planning.
Ann Hamilton is the Secretary-Treasurer at the County of Peterborough. She has been with the County of Peterborough for 17.5 years, starting in the Clerks Department, then Environmental Services and the Planning Department-Land Division. The County of Peterborough is a rural two-tier Municipality, and her role is specific to Consent Applications. Ann is a graduate of Fleming College in the Office Administration Program; has completed the Municipal Administration Program and the Primer on Planning through AMCTO; as well as obtaining the ACST accreditation. She enjoy camping, acquafit, yoga and spending time with her dogs and her family. Continuing education is one of her passions and she has a love of learning.
Denise Rundle is a retired professional land use planner with over 25 years experience as Manager/Deputy Secretary-Treasurer in the City of Toronto, a Member of Ontario Professional Planners Institute, and a former Accredited Committee Secretary-Treasurer. Denise currently is a Member of the City of Pickering Committee of Adjustment and was OACA President from 2016-2020. She serves on the Education Committee as a marker for the OACA Primer on Planning Course administered through AMCTO and has completed the Society of Ontario Adjudicators and Regulators Effective Decision Writing course.
