2024 Fall Seminar Workshop Schedule

Hotel Accommodation:

The exclusive group hotel rate (starting at $209) has been extended to September 3, 2024. After this date, this rate will not be available and rooms will be subject to availability at the hotel’s best available rate. One night’s deposit for all individual hotel room reservations will be taken at time of reservation.

Registration Fees:

Member Registration Fee: $200 (+HST)

Non-Member Registration Fee: $250 (+HST)

Important Notes:

Please note that OACA takes pictures and videos at events and some images and footage from this Seminar may be posted on our website, social media channels and/or used for print or online marketing purposes at a later time. If you have any concerns with being photographed or filmed, please contact OACA upon registering (contactus@oaca.info).

Registrations will be processed upon completion of the online form. Payment is accepted via credit card only, and cheques are not accepted.

OACA Members:

OACA members must log in order to receive the member discount.

Before you submit the form, verify that the correct fee amount is shown. Members that register without logging in first will be subject to the non-member rate and no fee discounts will be processed once the form is submitted. If you are logged in and the discount was not applied, or you encounter issues completing the form, please email contactus@oaca.info before submitting.

Non-Members:

Non-Members are to register without logging into the website.

Registering Another Member or Non-Member:

A member registering another person who is also a member must first log out of their own account and then log into the second member’s valid account for registration to process correctly. Please do not change a member's name and email address to your own in order to receive the registration confirmation email. A second email address field has been provided below to allow you to request a copy of the confirmation email and receipt.

Registration Fee Refunds: *

I understand and accept that registration fee refunds requested on or before September 9, 2024 will be processed subject to an administrative fee of $30.00 and that refunds will be not be available after September 9, 2024.

Hotel Cancellation Policy: *

I understand and accept the hotel cancellation policy that any cancellations or changes must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival otherwise the individual booking the room will be responsible to assume charges and applicable taxes for one night’s stay.
