Conference registration is available online only.
Payment by credit card only, cheques are not accepted.
Registration closes April 24, 2026 (date subject to change) and this deadline applies to all attendees and their companions. No late registrations or waitlists will be available.

The member discount only applies to the individual holding the membership. Municipalities/companies or colleagues cannot use another individual’s membership to receive the member rate.

2026 Tuesday Night Banquet Ticket $130 + HST Allows individuals purchasing a One Day Conference Pass to attend the Tuesday Night Banquet. Tuesday Night Companion Banquet Ticket can be purchased on the 2026 OACA Conference Companion Registration Form.	$130.00

Terms and Conditions

Hotel Cancellation Policy: *

I understand and accept the hotel cancellation policy that any cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours before your arrival date, otherwise the individual who booked the room will be charged one night’s stay plus tax and applicable fees. I also understand and accept that any changes to the departure date must be made at least 48 hours before scheduled departure, otherwise an early departure fee equal to one night's stay will apply.

Registration Fee Refunds: *

I understand and accept that registration fee refunds requested on or before April 24, 2026 will be processed subject to an administrative fee of $30.00 and that refunds will be not be available after April 24, 2026.

Member Discount: *

I understand that no fee reductions will be processed once the form is submitted.
