Cathy MacMunn is a Clerk who is also passionate about planning. As Clerk Administrator of the Township of Central Frontenac, Cathy has held many positions within the municipality over the past 36 years in providing planning advice as Planning Coordinator and administrative services as Clerk. Cathy has completed many courses including Municipal Administration, Municipal Law, Human Resources and OACA’s Primer on Planning. Cathy has obtained her AMCT and ACST designations. Cathy is now pursing her CMO designation as well as the Executive Diploma in Municipal Management. As a director of OACA it is a natural fit to her vocation and passion.
