This scenario based interactive “birds of a feather” session will go beyond the four tests and legal issues to address approaches that can make a hearing run more smoothly. We will explore dealing with interpersonal relationships including the interaction between applicants and neighbours, as well as with the Committee. We will also look at the dynamics between panel members. Relationships with staff will also be addressed. The overall goal of the session is to share best practices in a variety of areas.
