  Please note that OACA takes pictures and videos at events and some images and footage from this Conference may be posted on our website, social media channels and/or used for print or online marketing purposes at a later time.   Registrations will be processed upon completion of the online form. Payment is accepted via credit card only, and cheques are not accepted.

Before you begin:

OACA Members:

  OACA members must log in before registering to apply the coupon code to reduce the full conference package fee. The coupon code field will appear to members once they have logged into a valid member account.

  Before you submit the form, verify that the correct fee amount is shown. Members that register without logging in first will be subject to the non-member rate and no fee discounts will be processed once the form is submitted. If you are logged in and the discount was not applied, or you encounter issues completing the form, please email contactus@oaca.info before submitting.

Non-Members:

  Non-Members are to register without logging into the website.

Registering Another Member or Non-Member:

  A member registering another person who is also a member must first log out of their own account and then log into the second member’s valid account for registration to process correctly. Please do not change a member's name and email address to your own in order to receive the registration confirmation email.
